Was shopping for a specific vehicle for a while. After dealing with aggressive car sales staff at many other "reputable" dealerships I found a car at CJs. I was able to contact Colby and discussed the sale of the vehicle all over the phone. We agreed on a price, and I bought a plane ticket to come and look at and hopefully drive the car home. My flight was delayed an hour and I didn't arrive at the dealer until after closing on a Friday evening. Colby stayed late to make sure I had a chance to come by and look at the car. This was the easiest, best, car buying experience I have ever had. Colby took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and even talked with my bank for me. I got the car I wanted at an amazing price and if we need another car in the future it will most definitely be worth the plane ride. 11/10.

Colby and Jon were great. From my first online chats with Colby, to my in person visit for a test drive, to follow-up after that, and to Jon delivering my car today. Rarely do I ever give 5 stars. It's like saying I'll give 110 percent, or 15 out of 1 - 10 when there really is no such thing. I usually always only give 4 stars as I feel there is always room for improvement. This Dealership is the exception in my case. They were honest about the car, and coming from out of state (NY) all the way to Arizona to pick up a car I had only seen on the Internet was a risk, but upon arrival it was as advertised, pictures and conditions matched, and car was exactly what we needed. I started car shopping 3 months ago for my 16 year old son. I had a specific budget in mind, and needs for his first car. Several times I found a car that looked perfect online, the dealer would confirm the car was available. Then I would drive all the way there to see the car, and they would tell me it’s now unavailable. I’m not exaggerating when I say this happened to me at least 6-7 times. I started getting frustrated, and discouraged. I then decided to only drive to larger dealerships close by. Which made no difference, because it happened again. I finally came across CJs online. I inquired about a car. They called me back immediately and said the car is available. When I seen how far they were from me, I was worried I’d be lied to again. They insured me that would not happen. Not only that, I asked a round about dollar amount I would be looking at OTD. They gave me an estimate over the phone, and there were no surprises, or hidden fees upon arrival. I went in the next day, and bought the car. With all the bad lying dealerships I dealt with the past 3 month’s, it was refreshing to deal with honest guys, with integrity. My son is super happy with his car. I’m happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend checking them out, if you are shopping for a car.
